GV Advisors is an independent franchise acquisition advisory firm. We exist to guide serious investors toward franchise ownership decisions rooted in clarity, verified data, and genuine alignment with their situation.
We are not brokers. We are not a franchise sales platform. A broker is paid by the franchisor when you sign — a structural conflict of interest, however honest the individual. We work in the opposite direction: profile first, numbers second, brand third, and the truth even when the truth is “this one isn’t for you.”

Before advising investors, Girish was one. Over twenty years he operated businesses across F&B, retail, manufacturing and real estate — building, running and eventually exiting 20 retail outlets, and learning the unit economics of each from the inside.
What he noticed, every time he sat with another would-be franchisee, was the same pattern: capable people deploying serious money with no one in their corner who had actually run a unit. The franchisor had a sales team. The investor had a brochure. GV Advisors is the work he wished someone had done for him.
